NanoLog is designed to scale with your product's growth. We offer transparent, predictable plans starting from our Free Tier up to Enterprise setups.

Here is the exact feature breakdown of what is enabled on each plan, along with information on how widget tabs are configured.

The Unified Widget Tabs

The NanoLog widget operates as a single, lightweight client script loader. Inside the widget, product updates, public roadmaps, and customer feedback are grouped into separate tabs:

  1. Changelog: Display product announcements and bug fixes.
  2. Roadmap: Share what features are planned, in-progress, or released, and collect votes.
  3. Feedback: Collect bug reports, general reviews, and user ideas.

[!IMPORTANT] Plan Restrictions & Defaults

  • Changelog is the default widget tab and is available on all tiers (including Free).
  • Roadmap and Feedback tabs are disabled by default on the Free tier and require upgrading to a paid subscription (Founders, Pro, Scale, or Enterprise) to be toggled on.
  • You can toggle individual tabs on or off in your Project Settings inside the NanoLog dashboard.

  • What's Included: Mount our isolated web component widget to announce release updates to up to 1,000 monthly active users. Renders with "Powered by NanoLog" branding.

2. Pro Tier ($49/mo)

  • Best For: Growing B2B SaaS products and active software tools.
  • What's Included: Unlocks the Roadmap and Feedback tabs inside the widget, removes branding, and enables advanced rules-based segmentation to target customer cohorts.

3. Scale Tier ($149/mo)

  • Best For: Scaled platforms requiring deep visual customizations.
  • What's Included: Allows custom CSS variables to style the shadow root, whitelabeling (custom domains and layout icons), and visual screenshot capture tools.

4. Enterprise Tier (Custom Pricing)

  • Best For: Large-scale corporations requiring custom contracts.
  • What's Included: Unmetered MTU volumes, SAML SSO integration, and dedicated account management.
